It’s okay to feel how You are feeling. It’s okay to react the way You are reacting. It’s okay to judge the way You are judging. It’s okay to be present and not to be present. It’s okay. It’s all okay. We are human beings here. I kind of forgot that last week. That brought me some suffering. I needed My psychologist to remind me that I’m still human basically. Felt huge relief instantly. That reminds me, it’s okay to forget. It’s okay to win or to lose. It’s okay to fear losing love and it’s okay wanting to gain love. As I’m writing this, I’m tired but happy. I’m glad that I have this insight. This is my truth at the moment.

Last week:

  • Finish projects You have started. Reclaim Your Inner Throne training homework, training calls, teleseminars etc. – Yes, this is work I need and want to be doing. Scary at the same time.
  • Sports betting, attend live games, do one thing at a time. Be present when making decisions. Breathe the attention in Your body. – I didn’t attend any live games. Made some decisions quickly, which is okay by the way.
  •  Fill out Your daily diary. – Yes.
  • Write down ideas, dreams, synchronicities, events etc. – Yes, had some really vivid dreams this week. crazy synchronicities.
  • Eat a vegetarian diet, plus eggs. – Yes.
  • Meditate when You feel like it, take time for it. – Yes, this really really helps me getting back to my body and feeling.
  • Exercise at least 4 times a week. – 5 times a week seems to be the norm at the moment.
  • Continue with practices “What would someone who loved themselves do?” and “What would You do if You had 20 mil Euros?” – Didn’t ask once this week.
  • Meet people in real life, do smth fun. – Need more fun definitely. Been too grown up. Going out this weekend to buy myself a toy. Part of the Reclaim Your Inner Throne Divine Child exercise. Going for Lego’s. Love Lego’s. Also one exercise is to ask someone close in Your life some deep questions about Your life. Doing that as well.
  • Continue with anal de-armouring. – Yes.
  • Practice feeling Your feelings and being present with Yourself. Say Your thoughts out loud. – Still find it more difficult when there are more people. A bit easier when it’s me and another person.
  • Practice being present with others and be genuinely interested in them. – This week had a great conversation with someone close to me. Really felt present and open hearted almost the whole conversation. So woohoo!
  • Sleep. – Have to catch up with that this weekend.
  • Draw or colour smth. – Again no.
  • Remember Your presence and take life as it is. – I would have to say 50/60. No deeper analysis needed. It’s okay buddy.
  • Daily brain training at http://www.lumosity.com. – Yes, 19 days straight and counting.

Next week:
