In this moment I glance into Myself
At a time when things around me seem hectic
I take the time to dance with Myself
Slowly
Cherishing each minute, each breath
It’s unique but with the same purpose
To draw me closer to Myself
My nakedness is vulnerable
I’m saying hello to it, greeting it with stillness
Holding on to precious me
I’m deliberately finding what’s true for me
Searching, feeling into the dark
“I once could see but now I can feel”
