The following is a post in the Mystical Money Machine group that I created on Facebook.
Why do You want it?
Why do You really want it?
Money that is.
A big question to ask. But a necessary one.
When I was a lot younger, I wanted money to be able to show off, feel worthy or buy people’s love.
This has changed a lot over the years.
I now want it because it can buy me time on this planet. The scarcest resource we have around here.
I want it because that means I can provide for myself and for my family.
It feels really good to a man when he can provide for his lady and family. Really damn good. It does for me as well.
But one of the biggest things I’ve had to admit is that I want money because I perceive it to give me power and influence. Influence to do good things on this planet, things that will serve humans not enslave them.
One of the biggest things is admitting that it requires money as well. No matter how noble Your intentions, doing those things requires at least some finances.
A difficult thing to admit if You are like me.
The worth thing is still lingering there though. I sometimes want money because it makes me feel good and worthy. A valuable member of society. A real man, a powerful man.
These things will change over time but it’s important to review these on occasion. So, You are not bullshitting Yourself. Makes it a little easier to work towards something You value in this world.
So, what is Your truth about money?
And I mean the real truth?
