Sometimes healing can be thought of as understanding or seeing Your own thoughts more clearly.
Meaning, You can see the way You think and Your beliefs about what the reality of the situation is.
And that can bring more freedom to Your life.
For example. If You have believed that You are worthless as a human being for quite a while and then You become conscious of those thoughts.
It is then possible to see the other side of the spectrum and create more freedom or liberation from those thoughts.
But in order for You to do that You have to understand what You are actually believing about Yourself in the first place.
