I sometimes feel like there’s nothing less to give
Than has already been given
Life turns around
And sees if I’m still fully there
I have two options at that moment
To answer the call from within
Or safely feel what’s still left inside of me
Either one suits me well
The act of letting go is in itself
A quiet one
No harm no fuss
Just a silent sigh of relief
And it’s gone
The only thing that is left
