A sharp pain twists and turns
Silently under the surface
How to keep my heart open in pain?
A challenge for the brain
Like a ripple from my back
It moves, lures me into my depth
There is no other way
Now I must pray
Seemingly endless the despair of resistance
If I can breathe
I will sever it’s
Differences
And bring my mind, body, and soul
Into a whole being
Who is fully feeling
