The smallest glitch
Can release a tidal wave
Of deep emotion
Anger, sadness, disappointment
Can’t seem to let go
So much failure
Rather a pattern rooted within me
I shake
I twist and turn
Hide behind the curtain of knowing
Still catches up to me
Now I’m here
Waiting for the verdict
Of my own inner guidance
I sink into it
Let go for a second
Sadness washes me to the shore
This pain cannot be ignored
Anymore
I’m here with You now
Take one step
One breath
